I've contact Asrock tech support, which claimed this is AMD fault it's constraint, not a error and when they acknowledge the problems after several emailsprovided a "custom" build just for me, supposedly compatible Asrock 990FX Extreme4 AMD All-in-one my configuration - but who knows what was in that bios config. It seems that Asrock engineers can't figure out an algorith that fits all basic rules - set the most compatible configuration.
When asked to publicly release the fix they refused. Also there is a memory remapping option is enabled. This is rather peculiar because only A1 and B1 slots on my old motherboard would work too, so I'm starting to think it may be a problem with the memory controller on the CPU, and getting a new CPU will fix the issue.

I can't think of anything else, so maybe that will be the only solution. Thank you for the suggestion!
I have also tested all of the other slots, and they all of the same results. I am updated to the latest bios 2.
Thanks so much for the help! Joe IMO, a first time PC builder should definitely choose memory from the board's compatible memory list. That removes a major unknown for the builder if they have problems starting the PC.
Unfortunately, we cannot just choose whatever memory we would like to use in a PC, there are compatibility limitations that cause some models to be unusable. Sorry but the rest of this just helps to explain why memory is incompatible, not what memory to use.
To what extent a mother board used with this type of processor still influences the compatibility of various models of DRAM, is a good question. Frankly I don't know.
Enabling Turbo UCC, it will automatically help you to unlock the extra CPU core to enjoy an instant performance boost, and the system performance will boost up by overclocking CPU frequency, memory frequency and all related voltage settings!
